He realizes his vision through the design and construction of lifescapes, water worlds, pools, spas, and landscapes. All images shown here have been designed and built by Joe and a close team of craftsmen and artisans under the guidance of Joe.

He later earned a second degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. The urge to unite his early artistic endeavors with his engineering skills eventually led him to photography as a creative outlet.
